Walking was never just a sport activity for me. It was never a work-out. Walking is spiritual, walking is a Therapy. The worse I feel, the longer I walk. I leave home with a heavy burden, and after a couple of hours, I come home with at least some relief. I leave with a mess in my head, and come back with a clear structure. Sometimes, I just walk away from problems. And, this is exactly, what I need now.
