Mid-Age Crisis Plan

Lockdown was a challenging period for me because I like to be out and surrounded by people. Instead, I had to stay home and entertain myself as much as I could. There was so much time to re-evaluate life and to think of what is really important. Yet, too much thinking is never good either. Thoughts often take quite an interesting dimension.

Some people believe in mid-age crisis, while others deny it completely. As for me, I am somewhere in the middle with my opinion, but it’s better to be prepared. This way, I have some time to arrange something fun when it hits, to make it a thing.

Do you know what? I have already made a plan. Considering me being quite a tense ‘good girl’ type, I want to become more chill and relaxed. I will make two tattoos, one on the shoulder, the other one between the boobs. I’ll get my left nostril pierced. I will quit an office job and take courses to become a bar tender. I’ll move to Australia to work in the bar by the ocean. At the end of the work shift, I will go surfing in the early morning ocean… 🏄🏖️🏝️🌏🌅🌊

Sounds good, doesn’t it? Though I am curious to reread this post in 8-10 years… 🙂
